Inactivated/Dropbox Student import in UDISE+
UDISE+ (Unified District Information System for Education Plus) platform involves uploading detailed information about students to the system. This process is critical for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with government education data requirements. Below is a step-by-step guide to import Inactive/Dropbox student data into UDISE+.
Steps:
1. Login to student module in UDISE+
2. Click current academic year
3. Next click on import module on left
4. On next click Go in Dropbox/inactive student list
5. Now write state/district/block/school and press search
6. Scroll down and select student and press import on right
7. Now write DOB ( For DOB - *click blue box on left/write adhaar number, birth year and press search. *click on list of all students on left/active students previous year/scroll to select student, copy DOB and go back to import module
8. Paste DOB in the space provided and press Go
9. Scroll down to check student details,write section, date of admission and press IMPORT/confirm and wait for successful update message.
